The house is next to a large greenbelt for extra privacy, and is located directly across from a large parking lot so parking is no problem.

There is a stereo with CD player.
The fully-equipped kitchen, with all the appliances you're used to.
The Large bedrooms are at opposite ends of the house & ensure Privacy.
Each has it’s own
bath.
The King Bed in the Master Bedroom.
There's a roll-away bed in the master closet.
The Master Bedroom has it's own bathroom.
The second bedroom has two full-size beds, and it's own bathroom too.
Our forty foot long covered terrace has a propane BBQ, and great ocean views.

$150 per night.
3 night minimum stay from June 1st to Sept 15th, and all holidays.
$900 per week, (Get one night free!).
$30 one time cleaning fee
$200 security deposit
We require the $200 deposit to secure your dates.
Full payment is due at least 30 days prior to check in.
Deposit is fully refundable, as long as there are no damages or fines.
CANCELLATION POLICY.
If prior to 30 days, full refund, (less $50 service charge).
If less than 30 days, refundable subject to home being re-booked.

Check in is 3pm.
Check out is 11 am
