This casa has lots of details such as art, flat screen TV, antiques and collectibles.  A perfect Honeymoon Cottage and ideal for one or two couples.  Everything shows magnificently that you will want to return to your home in the U.S. and redecorate!  Home is a favorite amongst our clients.  

#129 has wonderful ocean views from living, dining and kitchen.  Great patio for dining and basking in the sun on the lounge chairs.  This home is surrounded by ‘great Shangri-La gardens’.  This home is on the pathway that is only two minutes away from the beach and surf.

*NOTE:   Need two homes side-by-side, consider renting #131 and #129, owned & furnished by the same owners.    Booking both of these homes is perfect for four couples or two small families.  #131 is a two bedroom, one bathroom home which is also managed by Baja Coastal Properties.

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

3 Nights Minimum - for Summer Months and all U.S. Holidays.

Full Week BookingsStay 6 nights and your 7th night is free.

RATE: $200.00 a night with a one-time cleaning fee of $25.00.

 

SECURITY & CLEANING DEPOSITS:  

A security deposit of $200.00 is required.   The Security Deposit will be returned after we check there are no fines or damages.   A one-time cleaning fee of $25.00 is collected for this home.

CHECK-IN & DEPARTURE:

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. or after on the day of arrival and check out is by 10:00 a.m. on day of departure. There is a key lock-box at this home if you arrive late.

 

CANCELATION POLICY:

In case of cancellation, the deposit is refundable (less $100.00 processing fee) 45 days prior and refundable thereafter subject to re-booking.

Reservations are on a first-come basis.  All bookings must have a completed questionnaire filled out by the person renting home via the internet.  Contact the manager for questionnaire and availability.

 

Reservations are only confirmed and guaranteed with the receipt of reservation deposit or/ payment in full.  The remaining balance must be received 5 weeks prior to your arrival or your deposit will be lost as a result. 

 

SENDING PAYMENT:

Mail "Reservation Deposit” ($200.00) or "Payment in Full" to your booking agent: Nancy Ogilvie.  Be sure to send a "personal check" and be sure it is sent regular mail and not certified.
