When you’re not at the beach or surfing,

you can enjoy the TV, stereo, DVD player, or fireplace.

The well-equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, dishwasher, and mandatory blender for margaritas.  The reverse osmosis water filtration system keeps water clean and drinkable.  And you can cook on the deck with the gas barbeque.  Of course, there are lots of plates, glasses, and silverware.

Bedroom 2 has a large king size bed, a small sitting area, ceiling fan, and a private full-size bathroom.

The large downstairs bedroom has a queen bed, private full size bathroom, ceiling fan, and sitting area with TV. This bedroom suite has a separate outdoor entrance. There are no stairs and it is readily accessible from the street and parking area.

This house is equipped with central heating for those cool nights! (Note: most houses in Mexico do not have central heat.) And for those hot days, all rooms contain ceiling fans. Linens and towels are also included.
