The master bedroom has a Queen bed, and a TV set. There's a sofa-bed in
the den.
The second bedroom has 2 Twin beds, pushed together as a King, and a TV set.
There's a TV with DVD in the Living Room. The home has 2 gas fireplaces, but you can burn Dura flame logs if you like.
Dining Area, with ocean views.
Enjoy a BBQ on the patio. (# 154 has both front back and side patios.)
The large fully equipped kitchen, with just about everything you could imagine for a lovely dining event.
All linens & towels are included.

To reserve the house for you, the full amount for the rental is due at the time of the reservation, plus a $250. security deposit.
The security deposit must be a separate check please. (This will not be cashed unless you receive a fine, cause damages or forget to put the key back. Send a self-addressed stamped envelope with your personal deposit check, or it will be torn up.)
In case of cancellation, the deposit is refundable (less $100. processing fee) 30 days prior and refundable thereafter subject to re-booking. The deposit is returned after we check there are no fines & damages.
