RENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
2 BEDROOMS RATE: $100.00 a night (4 guests), plus a one-time cleaning fee of $40.
3 BEDROOMS RATE: $195.00 a night (6 guests), plus a one-time cleaning fee of $50.

SECURITY & CLEANING DEPOSITS:
A security deposit of $300 is required. The Security Deposit will be returned after we check there are no fines or damages. A one-time cleaning fee of $35 is collected for this home.
CHECK-IN & DEPARTURE:
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. or after on the day of arrival and check out is by 10:00 a.m. on day of departure. There is a key lock-box at this home if you arrive late.
