Walk the length of Las Gaviotas on the oceanfront malecon to the beach, hot tub and Olympic size pool. Also available is a children's park, putting green, beach volleyball, shuffleboard, basketball and tennis court, (bring your rackets!).

This is a non-smoking home with maximum occupancy of SIX GUESTS including children.

RATES & RENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
$225 per night
Stay 7 nights and your 7th night is free

SECURITY & CLEANING DEPOSITS:
A security deposit of $200 is required. The Security Deposit will be returned after we check there are no fines or damages. A one-time cleaning fee of $40 is collected for this home.

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. or after on the day of arrival and check out is by 10:00 a.m. on day of departure. There is a key lock-box at this home if you arrive late.
