The living area has a large screen TV, a DVD/VCR player, and a better than average DVD and VCR collection with selections for all ages. A good variety of amusing and entertaining games are also on hand. The owners also invite their guests to bring their favorite CDs for playing on the stereo system.

Rental Policies
We require a cashiers check or money order for HALF the rental, plus a $300. security deposit, to reserve the house for you. The balance of the rental is due 45 days before check-in.
In case of cancellation, the deposit is refundable (less $200. processing fee) 45 days prior and refundable thereafter subject to re-booking. Written cancellation notification prior to the reserved check in date is required. If written cancellation is not provided, the Deposit will be kept by owner.
The deposit is returned after we check there are no fines & damages.
