CHECK-IN & DEPARTURE:
Check –in time is 3:00 pm or after on the day of arrival.
Check-out time is by 10:00 am on the day of departure


RESERVATONS:
We will hold your reservation with receipt of 50% of payment. Balance must be received 4 weeks prior to arrival

RENTAL POLICIES:
 We require a bank deposit for HALF the rental, plus a $200.00 security deposit, to reserve the house for you. The balance of the rental is due 45 days before check-in.
