Two Bedroom, one bath, artistic Spanish-style home.

There's limited ocean view from inside the house, but look at the view from the roof-deck!

There are no doors inside #26 - just the artistic screens you see above. There is one king bed, one futon queen bed and a very narrow couch from the movie "My Fair Lady"!

We have a fully-equipped kitchen, with coffee-maker, blender, and plenty of eating & cooking utensils. Enjoy our propane-gas BBQ.

26 Los Pelicanos Este has a TV & VCR.

The home has one King and one Queen bed.

There is a couch for sleeping one more.

Rental Policies

We require a cashiers check or money order for HALF the rental, plus a $200. security deposit, to reserve the house for you. The balance of the rental is due three weeks before check-in.

In case of cancellation, the deposit is refundable (less $100. processing fee), 30 days prior and refundable thereafter is subject to re-booking.  The deposit is returned after we check there are no fines & damages.

2-night minimum stay.
