The well-equipped kitchen is all gas, has a microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster & a dishwasher. Outside on the terrace is a new charcoal BBQ, 2 umbrellas, a lounge chair and two tables.


The 2nd floor bedrooms each have one queen, plus there are two baths.


Ground floor bedroom with two twins plus full bath. The other has a single and a double bed.
Rates: April & May: Sunday - Thursday $150 per night Friday & Saturday $250 per night. June, July & August: Sunday - Thursday $175 per night Friday & Saturday $250 per night.
