This oceanfront Las Gaviotas home has a Queen bed in each of the 3 bedrooms. There is also a Queen loft in one of the bedrooms, and another loft in the hallway! The home accommodates 6 guests.

There are 2 bathrooms. We supply towels & our home is one of few rental properties that has a washing machine and dryer for your use.
	Here's part of the living-dining. Behind you can see the kitchen, which is well-equipped with a side-by-side fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, and everything we think you'll need.

Rental Policies We require a cashiers check or money order for HALF the rental, plus a $200. security deposit, to reserve the house for you. The balance of the rental is due three weeks before check-in. In case of cancellation, the deposit is refundable subject to re-booking. The deposit is returned after we check there were no fines, damages or extra cleaning.
