This oceanfront Las Gaviotas home has a Queen bed in each of the 3 bedrooms. There is also a Queen loft in one of the bedrooms, and another loft in the hallway! The home accommodates 6 guests.

There are 2 bathrooms. We supply towels & our home is one of few rental properties that has a washing machine and dryer for your use.
	Here's part of the living-dining. Behind you can see the kitchen, which is well-equipped with a side-by-side fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, and everything we think you'll need.

The deposit is returned after we check there were no fines, damages or extra cleaning. 4-night minimum stay Jun 1 - Sep 30, and on all holidays. 2-night minimum stay Oct 1 - May 31.
