Rental Policies

We require a personal check for HALF the rental, plus a $250. security deposit, to reserve the house for you. The balance of the rental is due three weeks before check-in. The security deposit must be a separate check please.

In case of cancellation, the deposit is refundable (less $100. processing fee) 30 days prior and refundable thereafter subject to re-booking.  The deposit is returned after we check there are no fines & damages.

2-night minimum for off-season, & 3-night minimum for in-season & holidays.
