(Inside) 3 bedrooms, 3 baths - 2 queen beds, one room with 2 twin beds. Gourmet kitchen fully equipped with small appliances, double ovens, microwave, etc. Filtered water, central heat, (propane), a fireplace, 4 HD LED flat screen televisions and DVD’s. Satellite Direct TV, Cable TV, Surround Sound System. Wireless internet, ‘free’ U.S. long distance & local phone.

(Outdoors) Outstanding views from this custom built home situated right next to the club house for convenience but the waves crashing make it impossible to hear it. Beautiful landscaping, night lighting, and built in BBQ.

This is a non-smoking home with maximum occupancy of six.

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS: 
Inquire about minimum stays.
Stay 6 nights and your 7th night is free.
RATE: $450.00 a night with a one-time cleaning fee of $50.00.

SECURITY & CLEANING DEPOSITS:
A security deposit of $500.00 is required. The Security Deposit will be returned upon inspection of the home having no fines or damages.

CHECK-IN & DEPARTURE:
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. or after on the day of arrival and check out is by 10:00 a.m. on day of departure.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
In case of cancellation, the deposit is refundable (less $300.00 processing fee) 45 days prior and refundable thereafter subject to re-booking.

Reservations are on a first-come basis. All bookings must have a completed questionnaire filled out by the person renting home via the internet. Please email for questionnaire and availability.

Reservations are only confirmed and guaranteed with the receipt of reservation deposit or payment in full. The remaining balance must be received 5 weeks prior to your arrival or your deposit will be lost as a result.
