RATE: $100.00 a night with a one-time cleaning fee of $40.00.
SECURITY & CLEANING DEPOSITS:
A security deposit of $100 is required. The Security Deposit will
be returned upon inspection of the home having no fines or damages.
CHECK-IN & DEPARTURE:
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. or after on the day of arrival and check
out is by 10:00 a.m. on day of departure.
