Welcome to Las Gaviotas, a private community with 24 hour security, nestled between Rosarito Beach & Puerto Nuevo lobster village. Puerto Nuevo is famous for some of the world's finest lobsters at unbelievably low prices, is just around the corner!

Amanda's Nest is a one-bedroom studio. It is very clean and affordable.

Guests can fish from the rocks, play in the tidal-pools, enjoy nearby golfing, surf, tan at the pool, go shopping or do a ton of other activities.

Amanda's Nest offers a huge King bed, and a couch for one additional person.

All clean bed-linens are supplied, and unlike some other rentals here, we do not charge a cleaning-fee. The $100. per night you see advertised, is all that you'll pay.

Now don't expect to find a large unit with a view, internet access and a private sauna at Amanda's Nest. The studio is for people who want to come down and take advantage of all that Las Gaviotas offers, without spending a ton of cashola. We offer a clean and cozy place to stay, with all the necessities we could think of.

The kitchen has a microwave, fridge, coffee-maker and toaster. If you plan on slaving over a hot stove while the rest of your party enjoys themselves, you're looking at the wrong place - the studio does not have a stove. Prepare a meal in the micro if you must, but rather enjoy some Mexican take-out or eat at one of the many nearby restaurants.

The dining table seats four, and of course there is more than enough silverware, plates, cups, mugs and stuff.

Linens are provided. Just bring your own towels.

RATES & CONDITIONS

$100. per night.

$100. deposit required.

Full Week Bookings -  Stay 6 nights and your 7th night is free, and the deposit waived.

 

CHECK-IN & DEPARTURE:
  Check-in time is 3:00 pm. or after on the day of arrival and  check out is by 11:00 am. on day of departure.  There is a  key lock-box at this home.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
  In case of cancellation, the deposit is refundable (less $100.  processing fee) 30 days prior and refundable thereafter subject to re-booking. 
 
 RESERVATIONS:
 Reservations are only confirmed and guaranteed with the receipt of the $100. deposit and 50% of the rental. The rental balance can be paid when you arrive at the studio. Cashiers checks, money orders or cash is required for the rental, but a personal check for the deposit is OK.
