Baja Paradise

Baja Paradise is one of our newest 2-bedroom, two bath home, and it comfortably sleeps five people.

This is a view from the  front patio, which is noticeably higher than the surrounding homes. This helps provide incredible panoramic views of the best surf spot as well as of our famous sunsets.

We have cable and a TV/VCR & DVD in the living room and the master bedroom and a small stereo in the master bedroom. We also have ceiling fans and forced air heating.

There is a Queen bed in the master bedroom, and the second bedroom has a Queen and a Single bed.

Our home has two outdoor patios, one on the side of our home with a garden surrounding it and a sundeck off of the living room.

Baja Paradise is a non-smoking home.

We rent our home for $225.00 per night during our high season which is the following time periods:

July 1st - Labor Day and the two holiday weeks that include Christmas and New Years.

We offer extended stay rates. Maximum occupancy: 5. 

During the month of July, we have a three night minimum. We also have a three night minimum on Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Easter. From August 1st thru Labor Day, we have a five night minimum. If you stay 7 nights during July or August, we will reduce our rate to $1400 saving you $175.00. We require a seven night booking for Christmas and New Years. Our rate for these two holiday weeks is $1,400.

Our low season is the balance of the year, starting the week after New Years until July 1st and the period starting after Labor Day until Christmas. During our low season we rent for $200. per night with a two night minimum.

Take $50 off our usual rate of $200 per night.  So you'll pay only $150 per night. Limited time offer!

We require a $200. refundable deposit. We will refund this amount to you within 2 - 4 weeks after you depart. We will not refund your security deposit until we have received a report from the community telling us if anyone n your party had received any fines during your stay. We do collect a $20. non refundable cleaning fee.

Our check in time is 2:00 p.m. and check out is 10:00 a.m. If our schedule permits we will extend check out time to 6:00 p.m. for an additional $100.00. Please do not check in before 2:00 p.m.

If you cancel your reservation 31 days or more before your scheduled arrival we will keep $50.00 of the money you have paid us and refund the balance. If you cancel 30 days or less before your arrival we will keep 50% of your rent and return the balance of your rent with your security deposit and outclean fee.
