6-bedroom oceanview home at 145 Los Pelicanos Este

There are 3 bedrooms upstairs on the main level and two bathrooms. Two rooms have a king size in their room and the other room has a queen size bed. Downstairs, one room has a queen bed. One room has a bunk bed with a twin on top and a full mattress on the bottom bunk. That room also has a twin bed in it. The last room has a full bed and a queen bed

There is an outdoor patio w/ barbeque.  For your viewing pleasure there are 3 TVs in the house that feature 20 channels of cable TV including the HBO, Showtime and Cinemax movie channels.  There are also 2 DVD players and a VCR.

  

You'll see magnificent sunsets and panoramic views from our living room and dining room.

Because of the central location at the south end, our home is a short walk to the pool and Jacuzzi as well as the beach.

We love to rent to families. Maximum occupancy: 13 guests.
(Children under 6 years do not count towards the 13 guests)

RATES 

November to February except Holidays:
 Mid-week rentals start at $195 a night.
Weekend rentals are $350 a night with a 2 night minimum.
The weekly rental is $1,650.


March to May and Sept to Oct except Holidays:
$375 a night with a 2 night minimum on weekends.
The weekly rental is $2,150.


Memorial Day - Labor Day and Holidays:
$375 a night.
2 night minimum for weekend rentals and Holidays.
The weekly rental is $2,425.


There is a $60 maid cleaning fee collected for each stay.
