There are 3 bedrooms upstairs on the main level and two bathrooms. Two rooms have a king size in their room and the other room has a queen size bed. Downstairs, one room has a queen bed. One room has a bunk bed with a twin on top and a full mattress on the bottom bunk. That room also has a twin bed in it. The last room has a full bed and a queen bed

There is an outdoor patio w/ barbeque.  For your viewing pleasure there are 3 TVs in the house that feature 20 channels of cable TV including the HBO, Showtime and Cinemax movie channels.  There are also 2 DVD players.

You'll see magnificent sunsets and panoramic views from our living room and dining room.

Nov to Feb:

$175 a night on Monday – Wednesday nights.

$200 a night on Thursday – Sunday nights.

2 night minimum

Rent two nights and get the 3rd night free.

The weekly rate is $950.

Mar to May:

$200 a night on Monday – Wednesday nights.

$225 a night on Thursday – Sunday nights.

2 night minimum

Rent two nights and get the 3rd night free.

The weekly rate is $1,050.

June to Sept:

$225 a night on Monday – Wednesday nights.

$250 a night on Thursday – Sunday nights.

3 night minimum

Rent four nights and get the 5^th night free.

The weekly rate is $1,350.

 Memorial Day, 4^th of July, Labor Day & New Year’s weekend have a 3 night minimum at $300 a night:
 

Thanksgiving and Christmas have a 3 night minimum at $275 a night.

Children under 6 years old do not count toward the 12 person maximum occupancy.

There is a onetime $50 maid cleaning fee collected for each stay.

Reservation Policies:
We ask for 50% down to reserve your dates.  We accept personal checks or Visa, MC & AMEX

The full payment is due 1 month before your first rental date along with the $100 refundable security deposit.

The $100 security deposit is returned one week after your stay assuming no damage to the house and you received no fines from the Las Gaviotas Security

Check-In Time: 3:00 PM but we can be flexible with this time
Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM but we can be flexible with this time

Refund Policies:
30 days or longer: 100 % refund less a $35 processing fee.
15 to 29 days: 50% Refund
Less than 15 days: 0% refund but we will work with you to rent another time.
