This home has a large outdoor patio located next to a green belt and small garden with large palm trees. The living room, dining room, kitchen, and front patio are noticeably higher than the homes in front -- providing an incredible panoramic view of the best surf spot and of breathtaking sunsets.

High Season .. (May-Sep) .. $175/night (3 night minimum except Holidays*).

Low  Season .. (Oct-Apr) .. $140/night (2 night minimum except Holidays*).

Security Deposit of $100.  **

A one-time cleaning fee of $30.is charged.

*Holidays (4 night minimum) include: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day,

Thanksgiving, Christmas, & New Years.
