RATE: $225. a night with a one-time cleaning fee of $40.
SECURITY &
CLEANING DEPOSITS:
A
security deposit of $200. is required. The Security Deposit will be
returned after we check there are no fines or damages. A one-time cleaning
fee of $40. is collected for this home.
CHECK-IN & DEPARTURE:
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. or after on the day of arrival and check out is by 10:00 a.m. on day of departure.
CANCELLATION
POLICY:
In case
of cancellation, the deposit is refundable (less $100. processing fee) 45
days prior and refundable thereafter subject to re-booking.
