Just about every room has been renovated, with new furniture. New lighting has been installed throughout. When you're not taking advantage of the many things to do here, and in Rosarito Beach, you can enjoy the TV, VCR or DVD player. Home has a small video library for your enjoyment.
$200.00 a night for all this... The side courtyard is spacious and nice, making the house more private.

(Outdoors) The spacious patio has table & chairs with charcoal BBQ.
This is a non-smoking home with maximum occupancy of five persons.

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
3 Nights Minimum - for Summer Months and all U.S. Holidays.
Full Week Bookings - Stay 6 nights and your 7th night is free.
RATE: $200.00 a night with a one-time cleaning fee of $25.00.
SECURITY & CLEANING DEPOSITS:
A security deposit of $200.00 is required. The Security Deposit will be returned after we check there are no fines or damages. A one-time cleaning fee of $25.00 is collected for this home.
CHECK-IN & DEPARTURE:
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. or after on the day of arrival and check out is by 10:00 a.m. on day of departure. There is a key lock-box at this home if you arrive late.
CANCELATION POLICY:
In case of cancellation, the deposit is refundable (less $100.00 processing fee) 45 days prior and refundable thereafter subject to re-booking.

Reservations are on a first-come basis. All bookings must have a completed questionnaire filled out by the person renting home via the internet. Please email manager for questionnaire and availability.
Reservations are only confirmed and guaranteed with the receipt of reservation deposit or/ payment in full. The remaining balance must be received 5 weeks prior to your arrival or your deposit will be lost as a result.

Mail "Reservation Deposit” ($200.00) or "Payment in Full" to
your booking agent: Nancy Ogilvie. Be sure to send a "personal check" and be sure it is sent regular mail and not certified.
