Sept to May: $195 a night. Rent two nights and get the 3rd night free. The weekly rate is $1,125. Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years have a 3 night minimum at $250 a night. There is a one-time $35 maid cleaning fee collected for each stay. Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend: $250 a night. Rent two nights and get the 3rd night free. The weekly rate is $1,250. There is a one-time $35 maid cleaning fee collected for each stay. Children under 1 year old do not count toward the 10 person maximum occupancy. We accept Visa, MC & AMEX. Always willing to negotiate on last minute rentals. Check our calendar and if we have any open dates we'll gladly work with you. We try to make it a win/win situation for all parties. Reservation Policies: We ask for 25% down to reserve your dates. The full payment is due 3 weeks before your first rental date along with the $100 refundable security deposit. The $100 security deposit is returned one week after your stay assuming no damage to the house, and you received no fines from the Las Gaviotas Security Check-In Time: 3:00 PM but we can be flexible with this time Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM but we can be flexible with this time Refund Policies: 30 days or longer: 100 % refund less a $50 processing fee. 15 to 29 days: 50% Refund Less than 15 days : 0% refund but we will work with you to rent another time at no extra cost
