Nov to Feb: $150 a night on Monday – Wednesday nights. $175 a night on Thursday – Sunday nights. 2 night minimum Rent two nights and get the 3rd night free. The weekly rate is $825.
Mar to May: $175 a night on Monday – Wednesday nights. $200 a night on Thursday – Sunday nights. 2 night minimum Rent two nights and get the 3rd night free. The weekly rate is $950.
June to Sept: $200 a night on Monday – Wednesday nights. $225 a night on Thursday – Sunday nights. 3 night minimum Rent four nights and get the 5th night free. The weekly rate is $1,150.
Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor
Day & New Year’s weekend have a 3 night minimum at $275 a night: Thanksgiving and Christmas have a 3 night minimum at $250 a night.
Children under 6 years old do not count toward the 10 person maximum occupancy.
There is a onetime $50 maid cleaning fee collected for each stay.
The full payment is due 1 month before your first rental date along with the $100 refundable security deposit.
The $100 security deposit is returned one week
after your stay assuming no damage to the house and you received no
fines from the Las Gaviotas Security
