Welcome to our lovely two bedroom, one bath smoke-free casita, tastefully furnished in Mexican decor. Sweeping ocean and white water views are provided from two garden patios, adding privacy and ambience.

The Oceanfront pool and Jacuzzi, private beach, tennis-court, volleyball and fabulous surfing are yours at Las Gaviotas, only five minutes from lobster and fun at Puerto Nuevo!  Ensenada is a quick 30 minute drive south on the gorgeous toll road.

The second bedroom contains two twins and  window faces the garden patio.

New French doors add privacy and beauty. 

The master bedroom, next to the bathroom, includes a queen bed.

Enjoy the Cable TV, DVD, CD, AM-FM, after a hard day of relaxing! BBQ on the gas grill on the south-facing patio, while you look over the beautiful bay on the Pacific.  The panoramic view features the gorgeous  coastline to Ensenada. Clear, night views are exceptional.

Sorry, the Las Gaviotas Association rules say absolutely no pets permitted.

• $150. per night (October through March with a two night minimum)   $900 / week (7 days, 6 nights)

• $160. per night (April through September, AND HOLIDAYS, with a two night minimum)   $1,000 / week

• A one-time $25 cleaning fee is charged.

• We require a check for HALF the rental, plus a $100. security/damage deposit, to reserve the house for you. These may be by personal check. The balance of the rental is due two weeks before check-in.

• Reservations are only confirmed after deposit is received.

• Two weeks notice for renting is preferred but not required

• In case of cancellation, the deposit is refundable (less $75. processing fee) 30 days prior, and refundable thereafter subject to re-booking.  The deposit is returned after we check there are no fines & damages.

• An instruction sheet, gate pass and a key will be mailed to you after the deposit is received.

• Check our calendar for availability of unit.

• It is important that all guests agree to the Las Gaviotas rules.
