• All transactions are done through U.S. mail. US Currency, Cashiers/Personal Check or Money Order.

• A 50% deposit is required on all transactions.

• Oct 1st - Feb. 29th: $200. per night with a 2-night minimum, (plus a 1 X fee of $30. for the maid).

• March 1st - May 29: $250. per night with a 3-night minimum, (plus a 1 X fee of $30. for the maid).

• June 1st - September 15: $250. per night with a 4-night minimum, (plus a 1 X fee of $30. for the maid).

• Valentine's Day & President's Day: $250. per night with a 3-night minimum, (plus a 1 X fee of $30. for the maid).

• Thanksgiving, Xmas, New Years & Easter, $250. per night, 4-night minimum is required.

• A $250. damage/loss deposit is required on all reservations.

• Occupancy 4.

• Parking for two cars. The code for the lock-box will be sent after full payment is received.

Cancellation Policy: Your deposit assures you that your reservation will be guaranteed and confirmed. Should a cancellation be necessary 14 days or more before your scheduled arrival date, a full refund of any deposit money paid will be granted (less a $30 service fee).

HOWEVER, should a cancellation be made less than 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, any deposit money paid will be returned ONLY if our home is rebooked. The service charge as stated above will still apply.

We believe that a reservation is a contract between all parties. We guarantee our home for you and you guarantee you will arrive. Private home rentals establish policies that may be quite different than major hotel chains.
