Our home is in a unique location offering an unobstructed white water view from our large deck.

Our home has just been completed renovated and remodeled, beautifully furnished and decorated in an “old world” Tuscany theme.

Our full Kitchen comes complete with microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator.

All cooking utensils are provided.

Relax after a hard day sunbathing, surfing or exploring the many rock pools at the Las Gaviotas private beach.

Enjoy our cozy fireplace and cable TV,

Stereo & CD Player.

Don't feel like going out to one of the many restaurants? Barbeque on our Charcoal grill, while watching the sun set over the ocean.

All linens are provided - just bring your own beach towels. We have a washer & dryer for your convenience.

Absolutely no smoking allowed please, and per our Association rules, no pets permitted.

Rental Policies

We require a personal check for HALF the rental, plus a security deposit, to reserve the house for you.

Security deposit: $100 for weekends; $200 for week rentals.

The balance of the rental is due two weeks before check-in. 

2-night minimum please.
