The Master bedroom has a TV.

We are pleased to offer a full kitchen, towels, linens and a BBQ.

Rates and Conditions:

Low Season: November thru' February:
$125. per night, minimum 2 nights.

High Season: March through October
$175. per night during the summer and holiday weekends, minimum 3 nights.

Stay a week, and your 7th night is FREE!

There is a $30 charge for maid service.

Year-long rentals available. $1,800. per month. Contact us for details.

Holidays are 4 night minimum.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation along with a refundable security deposit of $250 in case of damage or fines due to community rules violations.

The remaining balance must be received 2 weeks prior to your arrival or a 50% loss of your deposit will result.

Cancellations can be made within 2 weeks of your reservation with a full refund.
