Casa de la Playa has 2 bedrooms, both with Queen beds, 2 full baths and loft that sleeps 2.

The Master bedroom has a TV.

We are pleased to offer a full kitchen, towels, linens and a BBQ.

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS & RATES:
$125 a night, (4 guests), plus a one-time cleaning fee of $30.

Full Week Bookings - Stay 6 nights and your 7^th night is free.

We require a personal check for half the rental, plus a $150 security deposit, to reserve the house for you.
The balance of the rental is due three weeks before check-in.

 Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

SECURITY & CLEANING DEPOSITS:
A separate check for the security deposit of $150 is required.
The Security Deposit will be returned after we check there are no fines or damages.   

CHECK-IN & DEPARTURE:
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. or after on the day of arrival and check out is by 10:00 a.m. on day of departure.
There is a key lock-box at this home if you arrive late.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

In case of cancellation, the deposit is refundable less $100 processing fee thirty days prior and refundable thereafter subject to re-booking.  The deposit is returned after we check there are no fines & damages.

There is a $30 charge for maid service.

Year-long rentals available. $1,800. per month. Contact us for details.

Holidays are 4 night minimum.
