SECURITY & CLEANING DEPOSITS:  

A security deposit of $500.00 is required.   The Security Deposit will be returned after we check there are no fines or damages.   A one-time cleaning fee of $60.00 is collected for this home.

  

CHECK-IN & DEPARTURE:

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. or after on the day of arrival and check out is by 10:00 a.m. on day of departure. There is a key lock-box at this home if you arrive late.

 

CANCELATION POLICY:

In case of cancellation, the deposit is refundable (less $200.00 processing fee) 60 days prior and refundable thereafter subject to re-booking.
