This three bedroom, three-bath home, at 77 Los Pelicanos Este, is new to the rental market. Casa Savasana has been completely re-furnished and fixturized to let you enjoy your time at the beautiful beaches of Las Gaviotas.

The first floor has a large patio, outside dining for seven, and gas grill for those spectacular sunset cookouts.

The living area has comfortable overstuffed furniture and a dining area with table for eight.

The living room has a fireplace, large flat screen cable television, DVD player with video library, and Bose stereo.

The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to produce those gourmet meals!

You will also find the third King bedroom with full bath and private outside seating area with a lovely fountain on this level.

Upstairs is the beautiful private Mater Suite facing the ocean with lovely outside seating and beautiful inside furnishings including private seating area for reading, relaxing or viewing the upstairs television.

You can check out the surf from the King bed if you want!

This spacious 2nd bedroom has a day bed in addition to the King bed and it’s own full size bathroom.

The second upstairs bedroom has its own small ocean view deck.

Casa Savasana has a full garage for one of your autos and surfboard storage. All cooking utensils, dishes, flatware and linens are included. Just bring your own beach towels!

$200. per night weekends
$525. Special 3 night weekend rate Sep-Feb, excluding holidays
$175. per night weekdays

4 night minimum on Holidays: (Memorial, Independence, Labor, Thanksgiving, Christmas, & New Years)

Stay a week, and your 7th night is free. ($1,200. for the week)

A one-time cleaning fee of $40.00 is charged.

To reserve Casa Savasana, a cashier's check or money order for HALF the rental is required, plus a $300. security deposit. The security deposit is refundable after we check that you received no fines, and that there were no damages. The balance of the rental, and the cleaning fee is due 45 days before check-in.

Cancellation policy:

Deposit is refundable 45 days before reservation date (less $200 processing fee), balance refundable upon rebooking.

Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations confirmed on receipt of 50% deposit or payment in full. Balance due payable 21 days prior to arrival.

All deposit payments to be cashiers check, money order or by using PayPal. Final payment can be personal check.
