#28 Chachalas ‘CASA AZULEJO’

 

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
$295 a night – last minute reservations when home is open
$350 a night – full week rental - $2,450
$375 a night – mid-week nights
$395 a night - 3 nights minimum – weekends, holidays & prime season
 

SECURITY & CLEANING DEPOSITS:  

A security deposit of $500.00 is required.   The Security Deposit will be returned after we check there are no fines or damages.   A one-time cleaning fee of $70.00 is collected for this home.

  

CHECK-IN & DEPARTURE:

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. or after on the day of arrival and check out is by 10:00 a.m. on day of departure. There is a key lock-box at this home if you arrive late.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

In case of cancellation, the deposit is refundable (less $200.00 processing fee) 60 days prior and refundable thereafter subject to re-booking.

Reservations are on a first-come basis.  All bookings must have a completed questionnaire filled out by the person renting home via the internet.  Please email manager for questionnaire and availability.

 

Reservations are only confirmed and guaranteed with the receipt of reservation deposit or/ payment in full.  The remaining balance must be received 6 weeks prior to your arrival or your deposit will be lost as a result.
