The fully-equipped kitchen, complete with microwave, coffee-maker, blender, toaster, dishwasher and everything else you'll need!!

Fri, Sat, Sun - $155 per night
Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu - $130 per night - 2-night minimum

Week - $935

Month - $1200 – plus utilities
 

High Season & Special Days (New Years, Christmas, Thanksgiving, July 4th, Easter, Bike Race)

Month $1,800 plus utilities

Other deposits and fees:
$35 one-time cleaning fee.
$300 security deposit, refundable after verification of no fines or damages.

No reservations held without deposit.
Balance of rental to be paid three weeks prior to arrival. Key and entry permits will be mailed approximately 10 days prior to arrival. In case of cancellation 45 days prior to reservation date, deposit is refundable (less $50 processing fee)
and refundable thereafter subject to re-booking.

Restrictions: 6 person maximum overnight
3 car limit: 2 in car port and one behind those
NOTE: No pets allowed is a strictly enforced Las Gaviotas Rule

Check-in & Check-out:
Check-in in time is 3:00 pm on day of arrival; check-out is 11:00 am.
