Our Spacious 2 bedroom - 2 bath, second
floor home is located on the 2nd row up from the ocean front.

Centrally located near the pool, tennis court, and clubhouse, with an unobstructed view through a garden area to the
coastline.
The large living room has: 2 sofas, 2 relaxation
chairs, a ceiling fan, a 42” plasma HDTV with cable and satellite
reception, and a DVD/MP3/CD Surround-Sound Home Theatre system. Also, a
Bose iPod station, and XM radio player! The sofas convert to hide-a-beds if needed. (Note that no bedding is provided for the sofa beds.)
Our kitchen has a reverse osmosis water filter, good knives, matching utensils, gas stove, 1 HP blender for blending drinks, toaster, toaster oven, coffeemaker and grinder. Enjoy the new plates, bowls, and glassware. Non stick cookware set. An over-stove microwave has been installed. A larger than pictured refrigerator with bottom access freezer is provided. An exterior hot/cold shower, adjacent surfboard racks, and towel/wetsuit drying rods are also provided (not pictured).

Rental Requirements:
$145/night
3 night minimum June 15th – Sept 15th. 2 night minimum Sept 16th – June 14th.
4 night minimum on Holidays: (Memorial, Independence, Labor, Thanksgiving, Christmas, & New Years)
7 night stay has 1 free night ($870. for the week.)
NON Smoking Home … NO smoking allowed.
4 person maximum. Ask about Return Guest, Firefighter, and Gulf War Military discounts. Security and cleaning deposits: A security deposit of $145 is required. The Security Deposit will be returned after we check there are no fines, fees, or damages. A one-time cleaning fee of $35 is collected for this home. Check-In and Departure: Check-in time is 3:00pm or after on the day of arrival and check out is by 10:00am on the day of departure. Cancellation Policy: The Deposit is refundable minus a cancellation processing fee. Written cancellation notification prior to the reserved check in day is required. If written cancellation is not provided, the Deposit will be kept by owner. 0 to 21 day notification …….. $100 fee 22 or more day notification .… $40 fee Reservations: Reservations are on a first come basis. Check the calendar for availability and then request a pre-reservation questionnaire for your dates of interest from the owner. All bookings must have completed a questionnaire filled out by the person renting the home via email. The owner will review the questionnaire and if approved – provide payment specifics. Total Payment = (# nights x $’s/night) + $35 cleaning + $’s sec. dep. Reservations are only confirmed and guaranteed with the receipt of 50% of Total Payment (= Deposit) or total payment, at which time the on line calendar will be blocked off. A remaining balance must be received 3 weeks prior to your arrival. Upon receipt of Total Payment you will receive: Directions, Rules, vehicle Entry Pass, and House Information. (see Cancellation Policy)
Sending Payment:
Mail the Deposit (1/2 of Total Payment) or Total Payment to: Dan Heiser, 325 34th Ave, Santa Cruz, CA 95062. Send a “cashiers check” or “money order” for the 1st payment. A personal check may be used for the balance. (3 weeks prior to your arrival). Do not utilize a mailing system which requires a signature upon receipt.
