RATES Peak Season: Jun thru' Sep, plus Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving and Easter $425/night. Minimum 1 week stay
High Season: Mar thru' May, Oct plus Memorial, Labor, Presidents, and Bike Race $425/night. Minimum 4 night stay
Low Season: Nov thru' Feb, Thu thru' Sun $425/night. Minimum 3 night stay Mon thru' Wed $325/night. Minimum 2 night stay
Last Minute Bookings: If property is available 7 days out, then minimums are relaxed.
