Our house will be cleaned and disinfected for the COVID – 19 virus prior to your arrival. This includes all linens, kitchen and bathroom surfaces, tables, hard-backed chairs, doorknobs, light switches, remote controls, keyboards, handles, desks, toilets, and sinks. Once you arrive at our house we will have hand sanitizer, hand soap and disinfectant wipes on hand for you to use.
Costa Azul – 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom house in Las Gaviotas.
This 3 story, 4000 sq foot house is ideal for families or friends getting together who enjoy relaxing together. It has also been used for business retreats. The top floor has a large balcony, spacious living room, open kitchen, bathroom and a dining room with a dining room table that seats 12. The second floor has a 400 sq foot balcony, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first floor has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a garage for 2 cars. You can park one additional car in front of the garage. Other features of the house include stained glass windows, colorful tile, a washer and dryer and the spectacular surf and sunset views.
Upstairs there is an expansive, ocean view living room with a fireplace.
Plenty of room to lay out and enjoy the warm Mexican sunshine.
We have 2 leather sofas and 3 leather loveseats in the living room.

Our kitchen was completely remodeled in March 2022. Upgrades include new kitchen cabinets, new granite countertops and backsplash.
The kitchen remodel also includes a new dishwasher, refrigerator, 5 burner stove top and oven.
We have a large 20 square foot granite countertop island in center of the kitchen along with another 60 feet of granite countertops in the rest of the kitchen.
Essentials we have in our kitchen include a toaster oven, a microwave oven, a coffee maker, a coffee grinder, a Keurig Cup machine and a blender.
Other upgrades include a new garbage disposal, kitchen faucet and kitchen sink.
The new kitchen flows nicely into our 12 person dining room table with the mountain views.

Reservation Policies:
We typically ask for approximately 25% down to reserve your dates depending upon how far out you book.
For your reservation payment, we can accept personal checks, Venmo, Cash App, a bank to bank transfer via Zelle, your Visa, Master Card or Discover debit card or credit card directly with us or your Visa, Master Card or Discover debit card or credit card & AMEX to pay directly via PayPal.
We ask for another 25% payment around half way from the time you booked and your first reservation date.
The full payment of approximately 50% plus the is $200 refundable security deposit is typically due 21 days before your first rental date.
The $200 security deposit is returned 7 – 10 days after your stay assuming no damage to the house and you received no fines (tickets) from the Las Gaviotas Security.

Check-Out Time: approximately 11:00 AM
There is a one time maid cleaning fee of $80.
Refund Policies: If you cancel up to 21 days prior to your first rental date, we offer a 100% refund of your total rental amount less a $75 cancellation fee. If you cancel between 11 and 20 days we will offer you a 50% refund of the total rental amount. If you cancel 10 days or less we cannot refund your money, however, we can try to rebook your dates for another time of the year that works for you and for us on our rental calendar.
