Costa Azul - 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom home in Las Gaviotas.

This house is ideal for large families, a group of friends or multiple couples who enjoy relaxing together. There are four bedrooms on the second floor. Downstairs has two bedrooms with a full bathroom. Other features of the house include stained glass windows, colorful tile, and spectacular sunset views.

The dining room has a picturesque view of the hills behind Las Gaviotas.

Plenty of Room for Entertaining in this Kitchen which has all modern appliances and over 300 square feet of black granite countertops including a 70 square foot black granite butcher block table.

Genuine River Rock Fireplace.

Upstairs there is an expansive, ocean view living room with a fireplace.

Plenty of room to lay out and enjoy the warm Mexican sunshine.


We have 2 leather sofas and 3 leather loveseats in the living room.

RATES

Sept to May: $225 a night.

Rent two nights and get the 3rd night free.

The weekly rate is $975.

Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years have a 3 night minimum at $225 a night.

There is a onetime $35 maid cleaning fee collected for each stay.

Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend: $250 a night.

Rent two nights and get the 3rd night free.

The weekly rate is $1,250.

There is a one-time $35 maid cleaning fee collected for each stay.
Children under 1 year old do not count toward the 12 person maximum occupancy.

We accept Visa, MC & AMEX.

Always willing to negotiate on last minute rentals.

We try to make it a win/win situation for all parties.

Reservation Policies:
We ask for 25% down to reserve your dates.

The full payment is due 3 weeks before your first rental date along with the $100 refundable security deposit.

The $100 security deposit is returned one week after your stay assuming no damage to the house,

and you received no fines from the Las Gaviotas Security

Check-In Time: 3:00 PM but we can be flexible with this time
Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM but we can be flexible with this time

Refund Policies:
30 days or longer: 100 % refund less a $50 processing fee.
15 to 29 days : 50% Refund
Less than 15 days : 0% refund but we will work with you to rent another time at no extra cost
