Downstairs has two bedrooms with a full bathroom. Other features of the house include stained glass windows, colorful tile, and spectacular sunset views.

The second floor has four bedrooms, one with a fireplace and two others that are
adjacent to a balcony with fabulous surf views.

Maximum occupancy: 13 guests.
(Children under 6 years do not count towards the 13 guests)

RATES

All Midweek rentals that start on Sun, Mon, Tues or Wed are $195 a night.

Nov to Feb except Holidays:
Weekend rentals are $325 a night with a 2 night minimum.
The weekly rental is $1,625.

Mar to May and Sep to Oct except Holidays:
$325 a night with a 2 night minimum on weekends.
The weekly rental is $1,625.

Memorial Day to Labor Day and Holidays:

$350 a night with a 3 night minimum for weekend rentals and Holidays.

The weekly rental is $1.995.

There is a $50 maid cleaning fee collected for each stay.

Children under 6 do not count toward 13 adult occupancy.
