Rental Policies We require a cashiers check or money order for HALF the rental, plus a $150. security deposit, to reserve the house for you. The balance of the rental is due two weeks before check-in. In case of cancellation, the deposit is refundable (less $100. processing fee) 30 days prior and refundable thereafter subject to re-booking. |
