Bedrooms sleep 6 guests.
All have CD players and
clocks.
Fall asleep to the sounds of the surf. (If you grab the master bedroom as you
deserve, since you’re making the reservation, right?

break views, custom fireplace, new Cal-King-size bed with private bath.
Middle bedroom has two twin beds and a full bath across the hall.
Back bedroom has a trundle bed which makes
into 2 twins, a futon sofa that can be opened into a queen bed, and a private
bath.

oven, toaster, coffee maker, etc.

include beautiful tiles on patios, entry patio and walkway, and new

Rates
July, August & holidays
(Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas

$140 per night
3 night minimum stay
All other dates
$120 per night
2 night minimum stay
A one-time $35 cleaning fee is charged

Check in 3:00 PM; check out 11:00 AM during
high season.
(Otherwise you may stay until 1:00 PM, after checking with
us to make sure no new renters are coming in that same day.) |

Smoking rule.
Maximum
occupancy is 6 guests and two cars.

Las Gaviotas Association rules: NO PETS
Pay one-half of total rent upon making your reservation to secure your dates
One month prior to rental, send second half of payment, plus a separate $225
security deposit (which will not be cashed unless there is a fine or damage.)
When full payment is received, we will mail you information about the house, how
to access the keys, an entry gate pass, etc.
(Refunds minus $50 fee 30+ days prior and later if we find replacement renters.
If not, one
half of your deposit is returned, as is your $35
cleaning fee and $225 security deposit.)
