Middle bedroom has two twin beds and a full bath across the hall.
Back bedroom has a trundle bed which makes
into 2 twins, a futon sofa that can be opened into a queen bed, and a private

We have a No
Smoking rule.
Maximum
occupancy is 6 guests and two cars.

Las Gaviotas Association rules: NO PETS
Pay one-half of total rent upon making your reservation to secure your dates
One month prior to rental, send second half of payment, plus a separate $300
security deposit (which will not be cashed unless there is a fine or damage.)
When full payment is received, we will mail you information about the house, how
to access the keys, an entry gate pass, etc.
(Refunds minus $50 fee 30+ days prior and later if we find replacement renters.
If not, one
half of your deposit is returned, as is your $30
cleaning fee and $300 security deposit.)
Minimum stay:
Sept thru May- 2 nights
Memorial Day thru Labor Day- 3 nights
July 4, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and Easter-4 nights
