RENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
Full Week Bookings - Stay 7 nights and your 7th night is free.
RATE: $350.00 per night.
SECURITY & CLEANING DEPOSITS:
A security deposit of $500.00 is required. The Security Deposit will be returned after we check there are no fines or damages.
A one-time cleaning fee of $50.00 is collected for this home.
CHECK-IN & DEPARTURE:
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. or after on the day of arrival and check out is by 10:00 a.m. on day of departure.

Reservations are on a first-come basis. All bookings must have a completed questionnaire filled out by the person renting home via the internet. Please email manager for questionnaire and availability.
Reservations are only confirmed and guaranteed with the receipt of reservation deposit or payment in full. The remaining balance must be received 5 weeks prior to your arrival or your deposit will be lost as a result.
