Rental Rates & Cancellation Policy
US Currency, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal.
Rates:
$225 per night/2 night min. except holiday periods/ $65 maid fee/ $250 sec. dep.
Security Deposit will be returned if no fines or damages.
Holiday rates and minimum stay:
MLK Holiday, 3 nts / 250 per nt.
Presidents Holiday, 3 nts / $250 per nt.
Spring Break, 4 nts / $225 per nt.
Memorial Weekend, 3 nts /$250 per nt.
4th of July, 7 nts /$250 per nt.
Labor Day Weekend, 3 nts / $250 per nt.
Thanksgiving: 4 nts / $250 per nt.
Christmas & New Years: 4-7 nts. / $250 per nt.
Occupancy 5. Parking for two cars.
Cancellation Policy: Your deposit assures you that your reservation will be guaranteed and confirmed. Should a cancellation be necessary 14 days or more before your scheduled arrival date, a full refund of any deposit money paid will be granted (less a $100 service fee).
HOWEVER, should a cancellation be made less than 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, any deposit money paid will be returned ONLY if our home is rebooked. The service charge as stated above will still apply.
We believe that a reservation is a contract between all parties. We guarantee our home for you and you guarantee you will arrive. Private home rentals establish policies that may be quite different than major hotel chains.
Please bring your own beach towels.

This home is perfect. Clean, comfortable, BEAUTIFUL, perfectly appointed. It is the first property I’ve rented where the kitchen drawers and cabinets are clean and tidy. No smudgy glasses, plates or forks that require cleaning before use. It is clear that the cleaning crew actually takes pride in their job and there must be a checklist each time. When was the last time you rented a property and noticed dirty baseboards, bedspreads, drawers or even floors? Not here! But seriously, I have had these issues in the past with other properties so it was refreshing to feel like I could walk around barefoot and didn’t need to do a quick wipe down before using the counters or bathrooms. The beds are comfy and the electric blankets were a bonus along with the space heaters to keep things cozy. Excellent movie and music library and WiFi. Also appreciated dealing directly with the owner, Kristi, and not some third party pushy sales person or rental company who doesn’t care about anything but grabbing your money – and certainly not the condition of the rentals they manage. Kristi – we cant wait to come back. Your design expertise shows everywhere. Just loved it for too short of a trip! Next time, we’re extending and can’t wait to head south again. Seriously, drove away a bit depressed…but know we’ll be back! Thank you so much for being so accommodating and caring so much about your guests. Which is what we felt like – not renters.
